Happy Birthday!

Made this vegetarian chocolate cake for a 21st birthday..

Brownies

I have been wanting to try this for a long time..Infact there are lot more recipes that I want to try.Far too many that all has gone into my treasure box..This is a moist choc brownies recipe that I took from Australian Women's Weekly.It is very nice that I have too many fingers for it!Give it a try!

Ingredients
125 g butter chopped
200g dark eating chocolate
110g caster sugar
2 eggs
185g plain flour
150g white eating chocolate,chopped
100g milk eating chocolate,chopped

Method
Preheat oven to 180 C fan forced
Grease 19cm square cake pan
Combine butter & dark chocolate in medium saucepan,stir over low heat until smooth
Cool 10 minutes
Stir in sugar & eggs then sifted flour.
Then add in milk chocolate & white chocolate.Spread into pan
Bake about 35 minutes.Cool in pan

Tiramisu

Tiramisu..This Italian dessert was made for my uncle & aunty as they love it so much..

Simple Cake

It was a sudden request by my father to make a cake for a gathering at his frens place.So,I made a buttercake with buttercream icing & they enjoyed it!

Charity Again!

Last weekend,I was so busy preparing for a charity sale.This was ordered by my company – it was for the good cause of animals in SPCA.I am really pleased to be part of it as I do enjoy such events.Well so far, this is my biggest project for cupcakes & Im happy that we pulled it through...What a relief!
